Custom Software Development to Integrate
with the HyperAlert System
HyperAlert has highly skilled technical staff who are constantly
developing new modules for integration with Clarion. HyperAlert
is able to draw on these resources for our customers who desire
custom modules or business applications to integrate with Clarion.
For customers desiring custom software development to integrate
proprietary or legacy systems with the Clarion platform, HyperAlert
can offer superior development in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Hosted & Licensed Customer Support -
Pricing
- Customer support is included in the monthly hosting fee billed
to hosted customers.
- Licensed customers receive the first year of customer support
for free, and subsequently are billed 12% of the original licensing
amount for subsequent years of customer support and software updates.
Original set-up and implementation of the HyperAlert system is
included as part of the licensing fee, except for costs related
to travel. Any visits to the facilities of licensed customers
for customer support are billed unless it is determined that the
problem was due to HyperAlert error.
