Telephony Management allows clients to activate HyperAlert through
telephone controls by calling an 800 number, securing access and
choosing from a menu of options.
Users can activate a plan by plan name or plan code. HyperAlert
asks for additional authorization and confirmation then initiates
deployment. Users can access the plan in deployment from the Deployment
Control Center.
HyperAlert users can also record and distribute their own voice
messages to groups or to individuals; they can request an identifying
PIN number, which is recorded in HyperAlert system logs, or simply
set the system to broadcast the message.
Clarion can also be activated using telephone controls to distribute
a pre-determined message to an individual or group, either by group
name or group code.
